I’d like to learn more about specific services.
Schedule a FREE Meet & Greet! We want to meet you and your pet(s) so that we can fully understand their needs and provide the very best care.

Who will be my pet care provider?
Paw-pros is a dedicated, small team of pet-care professionals. This allows for uninterrupted coverage and redundancy for any unforeseen circumstances. We believe in consistency and trust so that your caregiver can build a bond with your pet.

What length of walk is right for my dog?
To ensure your pet gets the full benefit of their walk or playtime, we recommend scheduling a visit with a bit of buffer time. This allows us to handle essentials like greeting your pet, gearing up, refreshing water, and getting them settled after. If you have more than one dog, discuss options for walking separately or together at your meet & greet.

How many dogs do you walk at once?
We will walk up to 2 dogs, from the same family, at one time; providing you and your walker are comfortable doing so; otherwise they will be walked separately. Safety leads/clips are always used, in addition to your own, which your walker will provide.

My dog is very strong and tends to pull when we walk.
For your dog’s safety and comfort as well as ours, we highly recommend the Two Hounds Design Freedom Harness or the the Gentle Leader, with a 6’ flat lead. We don't use retractable leads, prong, choke or e-collars.

How do I provide secure access to my home?
We require 2 means of access to your home and encourage the use of a lockbox for keys. This allows the key to stay on premises and provides an alternative to garage or keyless door codes. If a lockbox is not used, we recommend another on-site hiding place for the key.

• Are Insured Pet Care Providers
• Have passed a reference check and a federal background check

What type of clients can’t you take on?
